What came from that journey was a profound discovery — one that now underpins everything we do in mental health.
We are not here to compete with existing services, and we do not replace them. This work is designed to sit alongside your healthcare professionals, your mental health team, your family, and your support network.
It is an enhancement.
A systems-based approach to wellbeing that considers the full human experience — body, mind, and soul — working together, not in isolation. This is the foundation of the Homeostatic Alignment framework.
There is nothing else like it, because it was not built from theory — it was built from lived experience, deep exploration, and a commitment to understanding what actually creates change.
Within this work is knowledge that is factual, testable, and freely available.
There are no gatekeepers.
The exact protocol that resolved Aaron’s chronic anxiety in 2018 is available on this website, word for word, for anyone in the world to access and use — at no cost.
For those who want support, guidance, or structure around it, those services are available.
And for those who do not have the financial means, our supported access program ensures that help is still within reach.

1. 14-Day Fully Supported Homeostatic Alignment™ Protocol (Adelaide) $4,499
This is the highest level of support — a fully immersive, guided 14-day experience designed for those ready to fully commit to real change.
Delivered in person in Adelaide (at your home or private accommodation), the journey begins with a 3-day preparation phase with Aaron, followed by the complete 14-day protocol with:
- Fully catered meals aligned to the protocol
- Daily hands-on guidance and support
- Direct access to Aaron and trained team members
- Real-time adjustments based on your progress
Every element is taken care of so you can focus entirely on restoration and alignment.
This is not a casual program — it’s a fully supported, lived experience, with ongoing support provided after completion to ensure lasting results.
2. 14-Day Homeostatic Alignment™ Protocol — Supported Access
This is the fully immersive 14-day Homeostatic Alignment™ experience, made available through our Supported Access Program for those who are approved.
Designed for individuals ready to commit to real change but may not have the financial means right now, this program provides the same high level of guidance, structure, and support — with barriers removed.
Delivered in Adelaide, the journey includes a 3-day preparation phase followed by the full 14-day protocol with:
- Meals prepared in alignment with the protocol
- Daily support and guidance
- Access to Aaron and trained team members
- A structured environment focused on restoration and progress
This is a fully supported, lived experience, with ongoing follow-up to help maintain long-term results.
3.14-Day Homeostatic Alignment™ Protocol — Distance Supported $899
This is the full Homeostatic Alignment™ 14-day protocol with structured support delivered remotely — ideal for those unable to attend in person.
Designed for flexibility without losing guidance, this option allows you to complete the protocol in your own environment while staying connected through phone, FaceTime, or Zoom support.
You’ll begin with an initial preparation phase to ensure you understand the protocol, your system, and how to implement everything correctly.
Throughout the 14 days, you’ll receive:
- Ongoing remote guidance and support
- Direct access to Aaron and trained team members
- Support with meal preparation and protocol structure
- Real-time adjustments based on your progress
- Check-ins to keep you aligned and on track
This option gives you the freedom to complete the protocol from anywhere in the world, while still being supported every step of the way.
Following completion, continued support ensures integration and long-term results.

This is the full 14-day Homeostatic Alignment™ protocol delivered remotely, made available through our Supported Access Program for those who are approved.
Designed for individuals who need support but may not have the financial means right now, this option allows you to complete the protocol from anywhere while receiving structured, ongoing guidance.
You’ll begin with a preparation phase to understand the protocol and how to implement it correctly in your own environment.
Throughout the 14 days, you’ll receive:
- Ongoing support via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom
- Access to Aaron and trained team members
- Guidance with meals and daily structure
- Real-time adjustments based on your progress
- Regular check-ins to keep you aligned and supported
This is a fully supported experience, delivered remotely, ensuring you are not doing this alone.
Following completion, continued support helps maintain results and long-term stability.
5.Mental Health Support - Membership
This ongoing support is available exclusively through our Supported Access Program, providing real-world care in the moments where traditional support often isn’t available — between sessions, between plans, and when it matters most.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
With flexible check-ins (daily, weekly, or monthly), you’ll receive:
- Phone and message-based support
- Regular check-ins to keep you grounded
- Guidance during difficult moments
- Ongoing connection with people who truly understand
This support is delivered by individuals with lived experience, trained within the Homeostatic Alignment™ framework — offering both personal understanding and structured support.
Whether you need light guidance or consistent contact, this creates a reliable support system around you — helping you stay steady, supported, and moving forward.
6.Companion Support – You Don’t Have to Sit Through It Alone
For those living with diagnosed mental health conditions, serious illness, or disability — especially without family, friends, or carers — time spent at hospitals and medical appointments can feel isolating.
We see it.
And we believe it shouldn’t be that way.
This is not a transport service.
This is something far more human.
We offer a companion support service, where you’re matched with a volunteer who simply shows up to be with you — someone to sit beside you, have a laugh, share a conversation, and bring a sense of lightness into what can otherwise be a heavy experience.
We don’t need to go into appointments with you.
We’re there for the in-between moments — the waiting rooms, the quiet spaces, the times where having someone beside you makes all the difference.
Because no one should be left sitting alone, unseen, or unheard.
Our volunteers are kind, present, and understand how to hold space while keeping things real, relaxed, and even enjoyable where possible.
It’s simple.
It’s human.
And it matters more than most people realise.

We offer a 13 week intensive but part time training program for the Homeostatic Alignment™, if you choose to work with us the course is free and if you pass a job awaits you.
