This Protocol originally was designed specifically for healing my own Chronic Anxiety. Originally I named it the Anxiety Uninstalling Program because that's what I did.
This is exactly the same as Aaron's protocol with some explanation around what Chronic Anxiety is, and goes deeper into how I formulated this with language Chronic Anxiety sufferers will understand as I was standing where they all are today.

I did however because even natural things may have interactions; show my doctor everything in this protocol. My doctor recommended daily blood pressure tests sent to him. He said after looking over the protocol and sitting with it for a few weeks; "there's nothing he could see that could be a problem" but send the blood pressure results daily just to be sure.
This wasn’t just the first documented case of someone reversing a diagnosed chronic anxiety disorder. It may well have been the first healing of any so-called “incurable disease” in recorded history. But we will leave that to the medical experts - this is a merge of traditional and emerging medical science. It is not separate to your present treatment it adds to it and makes it work better.
You might be standing at the edge of your lowest point. Maybe life feels unrecognisable. I get it. I spent more than a decade managing panic attacks, poor quality of life, trying to get through moments, minutes, hours and days that all blurred into one.
At first, we didn’t even know what it was. I ended up in hospital during a panic attack, and a nurse said, “You remind me of my brother in Ireland—he has anxiety.” That was the first real clue.
Eventually, I was diagnosed. They prescribed Zoloft (Pfizer) and diazepam, and I worked through various treatment pathways. That was around 2010. Between then and 2018, much of that time felt like darkness.
During those years I did everything that was recommended. I saw psychologists and undertook exposure therapy, attended multiple Mental Health Care Plans, joined Beyond Blue, and unfortunately visited hospital emergency departments far more times than I would like to remember due to severe panic attacks.
Like many people facing chronic anxiety, I followed the guidance of the healthcare system and explored every option available to me. While these services were supportive and provided understanding, I continued searching for deeper answers that could help restore a sense of stability and wellbeing.
What makes this different? Maybe it’s the fact it works on the body, the mind, and the soul—simultaneously. Maybe it’s the way it was constructed—from nature, intuition, medicine, science, physics, and something much higher. Maybe it’s that I lived it, not studied it.

✅ Quality Matters: Only Use Verified, Organic CBD
I’ve included third-party independent testing images below to show exactly what I mean when I say quality. Your CBD oil must be:
Raw CBD has a completely different effect on the brain. It can actually trigger anxiety rather than relieve it. I’ve made that mistake—once was enough.
💧 What I Used
I personally used a 500mg decarboxylated CBD oil from Endoca Labs (Norway)—a trusted source with extremely high standards. It contained under 3% THC, which isn’t enough to affect you in any noticeable way. It simply means the oil was full-spectrum and minimally refined.
Some others have used 1000mg decarboxylated versions with great success too. If you’re sourcing your own, aim for a cooked, organic CBD oil with between 500mg–1000mg of CBD.
🌍 Where to Get It
CBD can now be sourced globally—whether you’re in Australia, Europe, Canada, or the U.S. Each country has its own rules, but what matters most for this program is quality and type.
In Australia, CBD is available through the TGA’s Special Access Scheme. It’s a relatively simple process: speak to your doctor and request a low-dose, organic, decarboxylated (cooked) CBD oil.
⚠️ Most doctors will prescribe high doses. That’s not what we want.
For this program, you only need a 500mg to 1000mg bottle. The oil should be decarboxylated (cooked). This is crucial—raw CBD(A) can have the opposite effect, sometimes increasing anxiety rather than helping it.
Everyone’s different, but the goal here is not to overload your system. This approach uses low, regular doses to unlock real shifts in energy, mood, and healing. You’ll feel it, see it, and know it’s working.
CBD Protocol Note – Why Full Spectrum CBD Works Best
During the development of this protocol, CBD was used extensively as a supportive tool for nervous system regulation, sleep improvement, inflammation reduction, and overall wellbeing.
Through practical experience and comparison between different CBD products, an important observation emerged:
Full spectrum CBD oils tend to work significantly better than CBD isolate.
Full spectrum oils contain the natural compounds found in the hemp plant, including:
• CBD
• very small trace amounts of THC
• minor cannabinoids such as CBG, CBC and CBN
• natural plant terpenes
These compounds work together through what researchers call the entourage effect, meaning the plant’s components enhance each other’s activity within the body’s endocannabinoid system—the biological system that regulates mood, stress, inflammation, sleep and nervous system balance.
CBD isolate products contain only one compound (CBD). While they can still provide background support, many people find they produce much weaker or barely noticeable effects compared with full spectrum extracts.
In practical use, lower-dose full spectrum oils often perform better than higher-dose CBD isolate products because the full plant chemistry activates more pathways in the body.
For those following this protocol, a high-quality full spectrum CBD oil with trace THC is generally recommended, as this most closely matches the formulation that originally supported the protocol’s development.
As with any supplement, individuals should consult their healthcare practitioner and follow local regulations regarding cannabinoid products.
The Power of Belief
There’s a story about Thomas Edison that still moves me to this day. As a child, Edison came home from school with a sealed letter and handed it to his mother. She read it through tear-filled eyes and told him, “Your son is a genius. This school is too small for him and doesn’t have the teachers to support his potential. Please continue his education at home.” She did just that. Edison went on to become one of the most prolific inventors of all time—a name we all know.
Years later, after his mother had passed, Edison discovered that same letter tucked away. But what it really said was this: “Your son is mentally deficient. He cannot be taught here and must be removed from the school.”
One belief changed everything.

You’ve got to consume all the information here—personally or with family and friends also let your doctor know what you are doing. This isn’t passive. You’re going on a journey of personal development, and that starts by familiarising yourself with what’s actually installed in you. What’s been running the show? What’s been hijacking your system? Know it. Name it.
Next, we make a plan, starting with the food.
Then you’ve got to choose your 14-day window. You need to lock in a start date—commit to it. Not a maybe. A real start. That’s when we flip your biology on its head. For me personally, I didn’t work, I didn’t do anything else—I just fully committed to healing. I was at the point where anxiety had already wrecked my ability to work anyway, so I thought, what better time to reset everything?
That said, I’ve also seen people do it while working—it’s doable, but it takes a lot more prep. Meal planning becomes key, and that’s because the food is the main time-sucker—but also the most effective part of the whole thing. It shifts your biology the fastest. It’s worth every minute.
