Chair (Board President)
We are seeking an experienced Chair to lead the Board of Directors, providing governance oversight, strategic guidance, and support to the Executive Director. This role is central to ensuring the organisation grows with integrity, accountability, and impact.
Treasurer (Board Director)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and financially experienced Treasurer to join our Board of Directors, overseeing the organisation’s financial health, transparency, and accountability.
This role is responsible for providing financial oversight, ensuring strong governance of funds, and supporting strategic decision-making through clear financial insight.
Working closely with the Executive Director and Board, the Treasurer plays a vital role in maintaining financial integrity, compliance, and sustainability, helping ensure the organisation can continue to grow its impact with confidence and responsibility.
Secretary (Board Director)
We are seeking a highly organised and committed Secretary to join our Board of Directors, supporting strong governance, clear communication, and effective board operations.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Working closely with the Chair and Executive Director, the Secretary plays a key role in enabling transparency, accountability, and structured decision-making, helping ensure the organisation operates efficiently as it grows its impact and delivers meaningful change within the community.
Multiple Advisory Board Members (Non-Governing)
We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our Advisory Board, contributing insight, lived experience, and specialist knowledge to support the organisation’s mission.
This is a non-governing role designed to provide guidance, perspective, and expertise across key focus areas including mental health (lived experience), research and academic insight, homelessness, and business or humanitarian support.
Advisory Board Members work alongside the Executive Director and Board of Directors to help inform strategy, strengthen programs, and ensure our work remains grounded, relevant, and impactful.
This role is ideal for individuals who are driven to create meaningful change, offering their knowledge and perspective to help shape innovative, real-world solutions while supporting a growing humanitarian organisation making a genuine difference in the community.
