ARO is an incorporated not-for-profit organisation made up of members who share a common vision.
As a member, you are part of a structured organisation governed by a committee, committed to transparency, accountability, and real impact — but at its core, driven by people, not systems.
This isn’t just support.

Everything we do — from mental health support, to suicide prevention, to homelessness initiatives like ShelteRise — is built to reach people in ways that traditional systems often cannot.

- One Vote in Annual General Meting AGM and any items brought before the board for vote during the year

Not everyone is in a position to commit — and we understand that.
That’s why we offer a free membership option, allowing you to stay connected with The Aaron Roussos Organisation and receive updates on important initiatives, events, and services that may help you or someone you know.
You’ll receive:

This option exists because we recognise that times can be challenging — and being part of something meaningful shouldn’t be out of reach.
As a free member, you are still part of the Organisation, supporting what we stand for and helping us grow as a community-based incorporated association (non-voting membership).
And if at any point during the year you’re in a position to contribute — no matter how small — it is always appreciated.
