In 2018, when Aaron resolved a long term health problem, diet was not a side note—it was a core pillar of the protocol.
Since then, he has extensively tested many dietary approaches on real people, in real-world conditions. Some included strictly organic food, others did not. Some were popular, some controversial, some long forgotten. What emerged from this testing was not opinion, belief, or ideology—but observable, repeatable outcomes.
One Important Truth About Diets
There is no single diet on Earth that is suitable for all human beings long-term. And more importantly diet alone without movement, lifestyle and mindfulness isn't impactful enough to make the necessary or desired change to physiology or biology that improve the physiological and neurological states that support humans health and wellbeing.
Humans are diverse, conditioned differently, genetically unique, emotionally complex, and living in vastly different environments. Expecting one permanent dietary identity to work for everyone is unrealistic.
"I have observed improvements in overall health and wellbeing in people experiencing chronic conditions including anxiety, autoimmune conditions, and serious illness when dietary protocols were applied alongside broader lifestyle restoration" Aaron
It is not something I recommend people to follow forever.
It is a temporary, targeted healing protocol, and there are clear physiological, neurological, and energetic reasons why it works.
The proof is not philosophical—it is testable.
Why This Creates Resistance
I’ve also observed something fascinating.
People become aggressively defensive of their chosen diets online—attacking others, dismissing evidence, and creating division. Diet discussions often mirror religion or politics: identity-based, emotional, and polarised.
This reaction is rarely about food.
It is about:
Conditioning
Identity
Emotional attachment
Fear of being wrong
When something challenges a belief system—even if it could improve or save a life—the unconscious mind often rejects it automatically.
Food as Medicine (Not Dogma)
Food is medicine.
But medicine is contextual.
That is food as medicine.
What I offer here is not a diet to defend—but a protocol with a diet to apply, then release.
Why I Don’t Ask People to Stay on the Protocol
Once the healing phase is complete, I guide people off the protocol, or back to where they want to be or better.
Why? Because:
Humans need diversity
Rigid long-term restriction creates new imbalances
Healing is about restoration, not punishment.
The goal is to restore function, not create dependence.
We have also been getting our nutrients from certain foods and groups for thousands of years. We do not yet fully understand Epigenetics, nor the inherited mechanisms behind it.
The Bigger Picture
We live in a culture that:
Is heavily conditioned
Is disconnected from the body’s intelligence
Is sold solutions that cost money
Is rarely taught how to think independently
Foodicine is not about control.
It is about re-education, self-trust, and biological truth.
It requires application and results are self evident.
This is not a cleanse.
Not a trend.
Not another rule-based food prison.
This is a 14-day organic Foodicine™ protocol built to support your body’s natural healing systems using real food, real timing, and real intention.
Inside the protocol you’ll find:
Everything is laid out so you can simply follow, cook, eat, and let your body do what it already knows how to do.
No confusion. No gimmicks. Just food — used properly.
Foodicine™ is a structured, systems-informed nutritional framework designed to complement existing primary care and hospital-based treatment models.
It is grounded in a simple premise: human physiology is regulated through interconnected biological systems — metabolic, inflammatory, neurological, hormonal and immune. Nutrition plays a measurable role in influencing each of these domains.
Within Australian healthcare, including hospital environments, food services are delivered under significant operational, budgetary and regulatory constraints. These systems are designed to ensure safety, consistency and broad dietary coverage across diverse populations. However, emerging evidence in lifestyle medicine and metabolic health continues to highlight the role of targeted nutrition in supporting recovery, regulation and chronic disease management.
Foodicine™ does not seek to replace clinical care, pharmaceutical intervention, or existing dietetic standards. Rather, it proposes an adjunctive framework that may support:
The model integrates principles from nutrition science, behavioural health, systems biology and preventive medicine. It is designed to sit alongside GP care, allied health services and hospital treatment pathways — particularly within chronic disease, mental health support, metabolic disorders and recovery settings.
Importantly, Foodicine™ is not positioned as a critique of current hospital food services. Healthcare systems operate within real-world constraints. Instead, it represents a forward-looking opportunity for integration — as Primary Health Networks increasingly focus on:
As healthcare shifts toward sustainability and prevention, structured nutritional frameworks may become increasingly relevant as supportive components of broader care plans.
Foodicine™ is an evolving model intended for collaborative exploration, research partnership and pilot implementation within appropriate governance structures.
Its purpose is simple:
To support physiological regulation through structured nutrition — in partnership with existing healthcare systems.
