Aaron's Story

Aaron D. Roussos, Founder & Executive Director is a chef who healed himself of a disease that was considered incurable—one that hundreds of millions of people around the world suffer from. This occurred in 2018, and when you look at the lack of true healing progress across our documented history, it becomes even more significant.

In fact, throughout modern history, no one has truly healed anything in the way we understand healing at its core. Yes, we have developed vaccines, eradicated certain conditions, and created treatments—but a repeatable protocol or set of events that has cured an incurable disease has never been achieved. Until now.

And the truth is, it didn’t happen in the traditional sense, nor in the way people would expect—and that makes sense. The answer was never going to come from the same place that has consistently failed to produce it. Despite vast funding and some of the greatest minds on earth dedicating themselves to finding cures, they have not succeeded in doing so. What they have created are treatments—solutions that manage conditions and, in many cases, can be sold.

Most organisations, governments, and medical bodies operate under mission statements claiming they are searching for cures. However, the reality is that if they were presented with the very solution they claim to be seeking, they would not know what to do with it. This is because the system itself is structured around treatment, not resolution.

The core issue lies in fragmentation. The human being is not separate—we are body, mind, and what many would call soul. Yet the system studies and treats these as disconnected parts. As a regular person, I studied these elements together, as one integrated system, and achieved outcomes that conventional medicine and science have not.

When I presented these findings openly and transparently, the response was not rejection—it was inability to understand. The system is divided into specialised areas that do not communicate effectively with one another. A doctor, for example, may not study nutrition in depth, despite it being one of the most significant contributors to human health when applied correctly.

The problem, then, is not the people. It is the system itself. A system that, by its very design, prevents the very outcome all humans ultimately want. Meanwhile, the distractions of everyday life keep people in survival mode, unable to see the broader reality—these large-scale injustices that are not necessarily intentional, but simply the result of how everything has been structured.

Aaron has had two profoundly significant healing experiences in his life.

The first occurred between the ages of 5 and 25. During this time, he lived with a serious condition that no medical specialist—despite 20 years of testing and dozens of doctors—was able to diagnose or treat. They were completely at a loss. Every few years, when Aaron found himself back in hospital or in front of a new doctor, they would take on the case again, trying everything they could—but no one succeeded.

This condition severely limited his life. It caused damage, required hospitalisation, and came without triggers or warning signs. It wasn’t until a chance meeting with a kinesiologist that something changed.

For those unfamiliar, kinesiology involves muscle testing to communicate with what could be described as an internal field—often referred to as the subconscious, though it is something deeper. There is an intelligence within you that knows everything about your body—every injury, every impact, every experience. It does not know the external world, only you.

Through this process, an early-life trauma was identified. The kinesiologist then asked Aaron’s Innate—this internal intelligence—to help clear it. From that moment on, the problem never returned. Life went back to normal, and Aaron was able to do things that had previously been impossible, like driving a car.

With his health restored, Aaron continued his life in hospitality, having been born into a family deeply connected to the industry. He travelled, worked, and moved between the family business and his grandfather’s farm. He has always had a strong curiosity and a drive to learn beyond what is typical, exploring new ideas and experiences.

One of his passions became numerology—specifically Pythagorean numerology—alongside a deep interest in ancient history. This began in his teenage years after meeting Harvard-associated numbers scientist Mark Gruner in Noosa Heads at his father’s restaurant. What started as curiosity evolved into a 34-year study spanning advanced physics and natural sciences.

At the age of 30, after the birth of his son, Aaron shifted his career into events, large stadiums, and convention centres. Partly, this was driven by a desire to provide greater financial stability for his family, but also by a need to establish his own identity after working within the family environment for so long.

He began at the Adelaide Showground with Spotless and progressed rapidly, eventually becoming Food and Beverage Manager at the Darwin Convention Centre with AEG Ogden—just six years later. After three years there, as part of the pre-opening team, he developed another serious health condition.

Despite professional success, awards, and recognition—even internationally—his health began to decline. After months of investigation, he was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety in 2010 and placed on medication. The following eight years were extremely difficult. Nothing made sense. Life became about getting through minutes, then hours, then days.

At rock bottom, during a visit to his doctor, Aaron made a decision to fight back.

By this stage, his condition had worsened significantly. His medications had been gradually increased, and during that appointment in April 2018, he asked how he could begin reducing them. His family had begun noticing he was becoming emotionally flat—docile and non-responsive.

The doctor explained that while reduction was possible, he would need to remain on medication for life.

This triggered intense anger. No one had explained when he was first prescribed these medications that long-term use would lead to dependency. He asked for documentation (referenced on the Chronic Anxiety protocol page) and returned home.

What followed over the next four months is the reason this work now exists.

Aaron, who was barely sleeping, committed himself completely to solving the problem. Despite knowing that over 300 million people suffer from anxiety—and that billions of dollars and the world’s leading medical minds had not solved it—he set out with absolute determination.

The foundation of his approach was simple:

Include everything. Exclude nothing.

You cannot skip the first step—finding the cause. Until you are confident in what is causing the issue, you cannot fix it. While this sounds simple, it required months of intense work. He explored the human body in its optimal state, how it functions, what it has been exposed to historically, epigenetics, the Human Genome Project, and everything modern medicine had already attempted that was not working.

By July 2018, after working on this daily—often up to 19 hours a day—Aaron believed he had found something real. He set a date to test it.

From August 1 to August 14, he implemented a strict 14-day protocol, based entirely on his findings. This is the same protocol now shared freely on this website, for anyone who has reached a point where they are ready to take action.

The process was exhausting—beyond what most people would commit to. At the end of it, he felt completely energised, yet mentally and emotionally drained beyond anything he had experienced before.

What he didn’t realise at the time was that this was not the end of the journey.

The world, as it currently operates, does not celebrate outcomes like this. It does not investigate them with curiosity. Instead, it dismisses them—often without understanding—placing them into the category of “impossible.” Conversation is controlled, narratives are maintained, and anything outside the system is quickly disregarded.

Part of this is disbelief. But a larger part is structural.

The system is built on separation. It does not integrate. It does not bring things together. And yet, when these elements are combined correctly, they can produce outcomes that many would call miracles.

The problem is not that these outcomes are impossible.

It is that they do not fit within the only system we have been taught to understand.

Aaron has spent nearly eight years trying to help people—for free, openly, without asking for anything in return—and yet even that doesn’t fit into the system. The truth is, the very things outlined in this protocol require people to stop doing what they are deeply addicted to, and that’s where everything breaks down. Not because it doesn’t work, but because most people won’t do what it takes. Even the greatest medical and scientific minds don’t understand this approach, because it doesn’t exist within their model. Their world is built on treatment, on separation, on staying within narrow lanes, so when something comes along that combines medicine, nutrition, psychology, mindfulness, and simple observable truths, it gets rejected—not explored, not tested, just dismissed into the “too hard” basket.

So Aaron is no longer relying on the system. He is relying on people—specifically those who are truly suffering, the ones who have had enough, the ones who don’t want to live like this anymore and are willing to actually do something about it. Because that’s what it takes. This is not about belief; it’s about action. It worked for Aaron in 2018, and it has worked every time it has been followed properly since. In 2019, he worked with people facing terminal cancers—people who had been given no way forward—and they experienced outcomes that should not have been possible. Yet the system shows little interest in anything outside its own structure, not because it’s evil, but because it is limited and cannot see beyond itself.

So this is where it lands—with you. Stop waiting for someone else to fix it. Stop assuming the answer is coming from the same place that hasn’t delivered it. Stop handing your life over to systems that have already shown you their limits. If you are truly sick and you’ve had enough, then this is your moment to act. Try it. Commit to it. See what happens. Because at some point, humanity has to decide whether it will keep following what doesn’t work, or finally take responsibility and help itself.
