Homeostatic Alignment™ is an emerging nervous system regulation framework designed to complement primary healthcare by supporting physiological stability, mental health recovery, and preventative wellbeing.
This work is shared to support collaboration with Primary Health Networks, healthcare providers, and public health organisations committed to improving community health outcomes.
The first goal is a small Adelaide-based feasibility study exploring outcomes in people experiencing chronic anxiety.
Primary Health Networks play a critical role in improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and coordination of healthcare services, particularly in the areas of mental health, suicide prevention, and chronic disease management.
Homeostatic Alignment™ has been developed in alignment with these priorities by focusing on restoration of nervous system regulation — a foundational component of mental and physiological health.
This framework may support PHN objectives by contributing to:

Homeostatic Alignment™ is intended to function as a complementary framework alongside existing medical, psychological, and community health services.
It focuses on supporting the body’s natural regulatory processes, which play a central role in recovery, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
This approach respects and supports the essential role of:
The intention is collaborative integration where appropriate and beneficial.

Homeostatic Alignment™ was developed following recovery from a severe and unresolved health condition, leading to a structured investigation into nervous system regulation and the mechanisms that influence recovery and wellbeing.
Over time, this work evolved into a structured framework designed to support system stabilisation and improved functional health outcomes.
All work is shared transparently and made available for responsible evaluation and collaboration.

Homeostatic Alignment™ may be suitable for exploration within supported initiatives such as:
The framework is adaptable and can be explored within existing healthcare structures.

Formal correspondence has been made with Australian health authorities to explore appropriate pathways for collaboration, evaluation, and integration within existing public health frameworks.
The intention is to contribute constructively and responsibly to improving health outcomes.

Primary Health Networks, healthcare providers, and public health organisations interested in learning more or exploring collaboration are welcome to make contact.
Homeostatic Alignment™ is shared in the spirit of collaboration, transparency, and service to community wellbeing.

Human Health Systems – Homeostatic Alignment™
Background
Chronic anxiety and stress-related disorders remain among the most common health challenges globally. Many individuals continue to experience persistent symptoms despite existing therapies.
The Homeostatic Alignment™ Restoration Protocol is a structured lifestyle intervention designed to support restoration of physiological and psychological balance through coordinated changes in nutrition, sleep patterns, daily routine, environmental exposure, and nervous system regulation.
The protocol was originally developed through personal recovery from chronic anxiety and has since been used informally by individuals seeking improvements in overall wellbeing.
A structured evaluation would help determine the feasibility, safety, and potential benefits of this approach.
Aim
To evaluate the feasibility, safety, and preliminary outcomes of the Homeostatic Alignment™ Restoration Protocol in adults experiencing chronic anxiety.
Study Design
Pilot feasibility study.
This study is intended as an exploratory evaluation to determine whether further controlled research is warranted.
Participants
Approximately 20–30 adult participants meeting the following criteria:
Inclusion
Exclusion
Participants would remain under their existing healthcare providers throughout the study.
Intervention
Participants follow the Homeostatic Alignment™ protocol for 14 days.
Core elements include:
• structured whole-food nutrition
• regulated sleep and daily routine
• nervous system regulation exercises
• moderate physical activity
• sunlight and environmental exposure
• daily reflection and stress-reduction practices
• coaching support and adherence guidance
The protocol focuses on supporting restoration of systemic homeostasis and overall wellbeing.
Outcomes Measured
Baseline and post-intervention measures may include:
• validated anxiety scale (e.g., GAD-7)
• sleep quality assessment
• perceived stress scale
• quality of life questionnaire
• adherence to protocol
• participant feedback and tolerability
Optional physiological measures could include resting heart rate or HRV if available.
Safety
This study evaluates a lifestyle-based intervention and participants would be advised to maintain all existing medical care and treatments.
The protocol is intended as a complementary wellbeing intervention, not a replacement for medical treatment.
Any adverse events would be recorded and reviewed.
Potential Significance
If the pilot demonstrates feasibility and positive wellbeing outcomes, the results could inform the design of larger controlled studies evaluating lifestyle restoration approaches for anxiety and related conditions.
Collaboration Invitation
Researchers, clinicians, or academic institutions interested in evaluating this protocol are invited to discuss potential collaboration.
