In 2018, when I healed myself, diet was not a side note—it was a core pillar of the protocol.
Since then, I have extensively tested many dietary approaches on real people, in real-world conditions. Some included strictly organic food, others did not. Some were popular, some controversial, some long forgotten. What emerged from this testing was not opinion, belief, or ideology—but observable, repeatable outcomes.
One Important Truth About Diets
There is no single diet on Earth that is suitable for all human beings long-term.
Humans are diverse, conditioned differently, genetically unique, emotionally complex, and living in vastly different environments. Expecting one permanent dietary identity to work for everyone is unrealistic.
However…
What I Discovered Through Testing
Through extensive application and observation, I found that there is one specific dietary protocol that consistently supports the body in resolving conditions labelled as incurable—across every person it was applied to.
This is not a lifestyle diet.
It is not a belief system.
It is not something I ask people to follow forever.
It is a temporary, targeted healing protocol, and there are clear physiological, neurological, and energetic reasons why it works.
The proof is not philosophical—it is testable.
Why This Creates Resistance
I’ve also observed something fascinating.
People become aggressively defensive of their chosen diets online—attacking others, dismissing evidence, and creating division. Diet discussions often mirror religion or politics: identity-based, emotional, and polarised.
This reaction is rarely about food.

Why I Don’t Ask People to Stay on the Protocol
Once the healing phase is complete, I guide people off the protocol.
Why? Because:
Humans need diversity
Rigid long-term restriction creates new imbalances
Healing is about restoration, not punishment.
The goal is to restore function, not create dependence.
We have also been getting our nutrients from certain foods and groups for thousands of years. We don't fully yet understand Epigenetics, nor the inherited part of it that explains some disease also, that's for science in 50 years that I know now.
