Aaron Roussos – The Culinary Alchemist & Numbers Genius
From the bustling laneways of Melbourne to the kitchens of Australia’s biggest stadiums and the spiritual science of numerology, Aaron Roussos has lived ten lifetimes in one.
He began his career at the iconic 500-seat Rossati in Flinders Lane, mastering pastry before going on to command some of the most high-pressure kitchens in the country. Hospitality runs in his blood — his family owned a string of restaurants, cafés, a pub, and one of Australia’s largest seafood wholesale businesses. The industry was his playground from day one.
Aaron’s career spans high-end restaurants, major international events, and large-scale venues. As Executive Chef for Michael O’Brien Catering, he led operations at The Gabba, Suncorp Stadium, AAMI Park, the Melbourne Showgrounds, Adelaide Showgrounds, and more. He’s been personal chef for the Beastie Boys’ tour, wrap parties for Hollywood films, and the biggest festivals in the country — his fav The Big Day Out.

But Aaron doesn’t just dominate kitchens — he studied the inner workings of global brand success with Coca-Cola, becoming the #1 sales rep in his first quarter. His obsession with systems, flow, and mastery led to his next creation: K-OS (Kitchen Operating System) — a revolutionary, AI-powered tool built for modern commercial kitchens. Never been interested in politics nor understand it, nor want to. Aaron's true essence is that of the creator and humanity - Aaron was baptised in Mildura in 2019 at the Greek Orthodox church he had been attending with his Grandfather since he was 8 years old. His great grandfather was a Greek Orthodox Priest in Melbourne. Aaron's limited understanding of all religions has now been accepted as that as he has access to the parent energy directly finding no better way - that's what he now shares with you all free!

How It All Changed – My Healing Story
In April 2018, I walked into my local doctor’s office — a man who’d been treating me since 2006 — and said:
“I want to reduce my medication.”
I told him I felt like a zombie. I had brain fog. My cognitive function was off, I’d gained weight, and I just wasn’t myself anymore.
He looked me dead in the eye and said:
“The pharmaceutical companies say if you’ve been on it this long, you’ll have to take it for the rest of your life.”
Something snapped.
In that exact moment, I felt a deep, burning anger. Not just at the system, but at myself — for trusting it blindly. No one had warned me that long-term use meant permanent dependency. And now, I was trapped in it.
But instead of spiraling, that anger sparked something…
A fire. A mission.
I went home and started searching for answers. Google showed me 20 pages of why getting off these medications was impossible. But then I stumbled onto independent platforms — less censored, more honest — and there, I found real stories of people who had done it. People who had healed. There were two completely different worlds of information: the mainstream narrative… and the hidden truth.
And I dove into the hidden one.
For the next four months — from April to August — I lived and breathed this mission. I questioned everything, including the Creator of the universe. I screamed at the sky:

It showed me that the answers aren’t hidden — they’re right in front of us, just not in the places we’ve been told to look.
It showed me the truth — and that truth has become my life’s work, not for money or fame because I was sick with no quality of life - I know what it feels like - so I do it for all our children and us when we come back around ;)
