We honour the ancient wisdom of the seasons, guided by the traditional calendars of the First Peoples of this land — the original caretakers who lived in harmony with nature’s cycles. Long before technology and modern distractions, they understood the Earth’s timing intuitively, planting and harvesting in alignment with the natural flow of energy, light, and temperature.

At Aura Organics, we carry that same respect forward. We believe that food grown in its proper season, with patience, love, and attention, carries a higher vitality — a living energy that nourishes not just the body but also the soul.

Our family roots in farming run deep — from sultanas and table grapes to olives, pistachios, and beyond. That tradition has always centred on quality, ripeness, and natural care, ensuring every piece of produce reaches its absolute peak of flavour and nutrition. Today, we extend that legacy into full organic practice, growing fruit and vegetables the way nature intended — slowly, consciously, and beautifully.

Supermarket produce may look perfect, but it’s often grown too fast, picked too early, and stripped of its true potential. We’re here to change that — to bring back the richness, taste, and life force of real food.

The roots of Aura Organics reach deep into family soil. The journey began on a humble family farm in Mildura, where founder Aaron learned the true art of growing from his grandfather, Con — a man of wisdom, patience, and profound respect for the Earth.

Con believed that farming was not just about produce, but about continuity — keeping the life cycle of the land alive through the careful preservation of seeds. From a young age, Aaron learned the importance of saving, drying, and storing seeds from every harvest — ensuring that each generation of plants carried the strength, memory, and vitality of the one before it.

This practice created a living lineage of crops — food grown from the same natural seed lines, untouched by modification or industrial interference. On the farm, this wasn’t just tradition; it was survival, connection, and responsibility. Seeds were shared, traded, and replanted across seasons and communities, creating abundance through cooperation and respect for nature’s design.

Today, Aura Organics continues that philosophy on a grander scale — working toward the creation of the largest organic seed bank in the world. 

This seed bank will protect and preserve the purity of natural, non-GMO plant varieties, ensuring future generations have access to true, living food — food that aligns with the human body and the Earth itself.

Every seed carries the memory of the Earth and the wisdom of those who came before us. By honouring that lineage, we not only grow food — we grow the future.

Aura Organics is more than a farm — it’s a movement. Our seven-year plan is to expand beyond Australian soil and help ignite a global transformation in the way food is grown, traded, and valued.

We’re already forming partnerships with like-minded farmers and growers across the USA, Europe, Ukraine, and China, creating a united network of organic producers who share one goal: to return agriculture to its natural, living roots.

This global collaboration isn’t about competition — it’s about regeneration. We’re working with existing farms, even those currently using conventional methods, to help them transition toward full organic certification. That means guiding them through the natural process of soil restoration, helping them rebuild life in their land, and connecting them with trusted certification bodies in their regions.

Here in Australia, Aura Organics works with the nation’s two leading organic certifiers to ensure transparency, purity, and trust at every level of production. We’re not reinventing the wheel — we’re simply completing it, closing the loop between the Earth, the farmer, and the people.

Our mission extends beyond our own fields. We’re here to support and empower farmers everywhere, offering knowledge, resources, and community to help them free themselves from the grip of multinational corporations that manipulate prices and control markets.
